Terms of service
These terms govern the use of the MplusKASSA MCP server for supported MCP clients.
Last updated: 21 August 2026
1. Scope and precedence
These terms supplement the agreement and general terms between MplusKASSA and the customer using MplusKASSA. They do not replace them. If they conflict, the signed customer agreement and applicable MplusKASSA general terms take precedence.
2. Access and authority
You must use a valid account and may connect only an administration you are authorised to access. You are responsible for keeping your account and client secure, reviewing requested permissions and promptly revoking access you no longer need. Your organisation may restrict or disable access.
3. Acceptable use
You must use the service lawfully and in accordance with your organisation’s policies. You must not:
- Access data or an administration without permission.
- Circumvent access controls, rate limits or security measures.
- Use the service to harm systems or people, introduce malicious code or unlawfully monitor others.
- Resell or provide the connection as a competing service without written permission.
4. Business data and AI-generated output
Tool results depend on the data, permissions, parameters and client request provided. AI-generated text can be incomplete or incorrect. You must review reports, calculations and suggested actions before relying on them, especially for financial, employment, tax or compliance decisions.
You and your organisation remain responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy and use of data submitted or retrieved and for decisions made using the output.
5. Third-party clients
ChatGPT and other MCP clients are third-party services with their own terms, privacy practices and availability. MplusKASSA is not responsible for their operation or for processing they perform independently. Disconnect the integration if you no longer trust or use a client.
6. Intellectual property
MplusKASSA and its licensors retain all rights in MplusKASSA, this service, its documentation and technology. You receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service for your authorised business purposes during the applicable agreement. You retain the rights you have in your business data.
7. Availability and changes
We may maintain, secure, change or discontinue features and may impose reasonable limits. Availability and support commitments apply only where expressly included in the customer agreement or service level agreement. We may update these terms and will provide notice where required.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful use, material breach or protection of MplusKASSA, customers or third parties. You may stop using the service and revoke its OAuth access at any time. Provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.
9. Liability and governing law
Warranties, liability limits, indemnities, applicable law and dispute resolution are governed by the customer agreement and applicable MplusKASSA general terms. Nothing in these terms limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Dutch law applies where no other binding agreement provides otherwise.
